Postfix is a highly-efficient and highly-secure Mail Transport Agent written by Wietse Venema. It was previously known as VMailer. The Postfix home page is http://www.postfix.org.

Later development having been supported by IBM, it can also be found at IBM's alphaWorks Secure Mailer page, http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/formula/SecureMailer.
